1. What inspired you to learn arabic?
My love for the Quran, as I memorized more and more I started reading the tafseer and it gave me a hunger to start pursuing the Arabic language.

2. What were your expectations coming into this course?
I actually didn't know what to expect as this was my first time trying to learn Arabic, but I realized early on in class how beneficial this course would be.

3. Did you benefit more or less than you expected?
I definitely benefited more, because I realized by just finishing level 1 I can understand parts of the Quran as i read it which I did not expect to be able to do after level 1.

4. How do you feel after level 1?
I feel motivated to continue and I'm excited to see my progress after level 2. It has also motivated my Quran memorization as well.

5. What is your ultimate goal in learning Arabic
Is to be able to recite the Quran and understand what I'm reading without relying on translation.

My goal to learn Arabic is to practice speaking fluently and to understand the Qur’an and Sunnah.

2. What were your expectations coming into this course?
I was expecting more speaking exercise to improve fluency and alhamdulillah there was a lot of opportunity for it.

3. Did you benefit more or less than you expected?
I benefited from a good amount of knowledge and the teacher was very interactive.

4. How do you feel after level 1?
I feel as though that there is still a lot to learn, as we’ve only covered the tip of the iceberg.

I’m excited to learn more about this beautiful language In Shaa Allah.

As the Quran was revealed in Arabic, learning Arabic allows me to have a better understanding and appreciation for the book of Allah.

2. What were your expectations coming into this course?
My expectations were that i would be able to become fluent in writing and reading in Arabic according to each levels progress.

3. Did you benefit more or less than you expected?
Definitely benefited more than I expected. It has assisted me to speak more fluently than I have been in the past and learn more words and phrases.

4. How do you feel after level 1?
First level would be a little challenging for anyone that is starting to learn Arabic for the first time, but with perseverance and effort Allah makes it easy for anyone.

5. What is your ultimate goal in learning Arabic
To be able to communicate freely with native arab speakers and being able to understand the Quran just by reading it.
